I received a gift card, how do I redeem it?
A Gift card will have a code that you can use at check out for any product in the shop or can be applied towards a custom project. Email us if you have any questions or to get a custom order started!
What is your shipping and return policy?
Shipping in the US is always free! If you need to return an item that is in new condition you will be in charge of the shipping and as soon as we receive it you will be issued a refund. There are no returns on custom products. We hope you are happy with any item you purchased from us but if not, we will make it right.
How long do items take to ship?
Any item that is in stock will ship within 2 days and you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days once it leaves the shop.
I'm interested in a wholesale order, what should I do?
Currently wholesale or consignment orders are handled through email. Reach out and we can talk more about your needs and terms.
I can't find what I'm looking for on your website, do you take custom orders?
Of course! Reach out via email hello@clarkmorelia.com and we can get the ball rolling. It can be as simple as a product in a different leather option or something entirely new.
Can you tell me a little more about the leather you use?
We could talk about this all day. We believe in using domestically sourced leather to reduce our environmental impact. We produce everything in house using a variety of full grain leather from US tanneries like Horween, and S.B. Foot. Full grain leather will last a lifetime, so every product we make will be with you for years to come.
